Acorns

• Own the Quality Strategy: You will maintain existing test cases in the automation suite.
• Drive Automation: Work to meet the goal of increasing strategic automation coverage to 50%.
• AI-First Acceleration: Proactively explore, prototype, and implement AI and automation tools.

• Responsible for implementing and leading social strategy for both Acorns and Acorns Early that connects to larger marketing and business goals
• Grow and evolve Acorns’ social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms, leading a social media strategy
• Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and strategic content across priority channels

• Collaborate with the Core Experience team to drive the ideation and rigorous analysis of product experiments.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations to build and maintain robust reports and dashboards specifically for our Core Experience product lines.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources for deep-dive analysis.

Develop end-to-end copy for a wide range of deliverables, including digital ads, lifecycle emails, and landing pages. Apply and reinforce the Acorns brand voice across all touchpoints ensuring consistency and clarity. Partner closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop ideas and present work.
