The Clinical Nurse Documentation Analyst is responsible for reviewing patient records and drafting clinical summaries that accurately reflect the patient’s medical history, treatment plans, and progress. The Analyst will work independently and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure documentation is complete and aligned. This role involves analyzing electronic medical records, drafting clinical summaries, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

The Data Integrity Specialist 2 coordinates and provides complete and accurate patient demographics to the Patient Billing Department. They ensure direct contact is made with medical crew on revenue transports within required time frame. They also review transport documents for accuracy, confirm proper indexing, review patient reports, and complete quality assurance checks, while collaborating with management to identify training needs.
