Allica Bank

Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of remotely managed SME healthcare clients across the UK, with a particular focus on elderly care, specialist learning disability and children’s day nursery operators. You will be the relationship contact point for these businesses, ensuring high-quality in-life customer management, supporting credit submissions, and contributing to the seamless delivery of Allica Bank’s Healthcare lending proposition.

Build and manage a portfolio of bridging finance Introducers in the South West and South Wales, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the relationships. Originate, structure, and progress bridging applications from Introducers and Borrowers, from initial enquiry through to completion. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Write credit papers in line with Allica’s credit policy.
