As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will support private label Amazon sellers with backend tasks, ensuring their business runs smoothly. Your role involves product management, logistics, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination, along with tasks like product research, Amazon case management, and account health maintenance. You'll also compile reports related to sales and inventory.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing paid advertising strategies across our client base, working with the Account Management team to create, plan, execute and optimise a broad variety of campaigns inline with client strategies. You will also be responsible for producing detailed reporting to inform, educate and manage both client and internal stakeholders.

Looking for a high-energy, technically skilled Support Engineer to be the first line of response for customers. You’ll handle incoming tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with our engineering team to ensure customers get fast, accurate, and empathetic help. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment but also enjoys getting into the code and cloud infrastructure when needed.
