We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to help us standardize, scale and improve how we manage our new business teams at Attentive. This includes partnering with Finance on forecasting and recruiting on hiring targets, to focusing the Sales organization on the appropriate strategic initiatives to hit our goals while optimizing economics for the business, as well as setting aggressive but achievable goals at the team and individual level.

The Business Intelligence team transforms complex data into actionable insights and impactful reporting. You will define and drive the roadmap and vision for the BI Tooling & Platform team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering high impact solutions. You'll manage, prioritize and thoroughly understand multiple projects, delivering high-quality results on time while balancing competing demands effectively.

Analyze the competitive environment, including product capabilities, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, to deliver insights that shape how Attentive positions its platform and wins in the market. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing Sales, Strategy, and Product teams to surface actionable intelligence. Create materials that help Attentive differentiate effectively across channels and customer conversations.

The Compute and Networking team is the foundation of Attentive’s engineering organization, focusing on building and operating compute, storage, networking, and deployment systems that power large-scale operations. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for Kubernetes orchestration, networking, and service mesh infrastructure. You'll define and execute a roadmap, partner with other teams, and drive automation and observability improvements.

You will operate at a high level of scope and impact — setting strategy, aligning teams across the company, and driving scalable platform investments.

Attentive is looking for a results driven Event Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will build impactful events and experiences that drive awareness of Attentive, educate customers and prospects on Attentive’s growing product offering, deliver high-quality leads and pipeline to our sales team, and foster community.

Shape the foundation on which our metrics are built and retrieved as a Senior Software Engineer on the BI Tooling & Platform team. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create innovative applications that empower our BI Team to deliver metrics that our customers trust and rely on.

As an Email Strategy Manager on the Enterprise Team, you will maximize customer recognized value through Attentive’s email offering for Enterprise customers and advise their program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion. Your core responsibility will be working with Customer Success Managers and customers as a trusted consultant advising on email marketing strategy, best practices and feature functionality.

The Platform Infrastructure team is the backbone of everything at Attentive, providing a resilient and cost-effective platform. As a Staff Engineer, you will design and implement solutions that enhance the reliability and scalability of our systems, while mentoring others and influencing technical roadmaps across the organization. You'll collaborate with engineers from different teams to develop best-in-class services, define production standards, and champion reliability goals.
