• Lead end-to-end deal support across Deal Strategy and Order Operations.
• Build scalable processes that improve forecast reliability and reduce friction.
• Serve as the “hub” across Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, and Implementation/Services.

• Oversee administration, integration, and optimization of NetSuite, ZoneBilling, Boomi, and related financial systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, BI and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals.
• Manage and develop a high-performing financial systems team to deliver proactive, efficient, and high-quality service

• Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers across the full lifecycle.
• Help define and evolve customer success playbooks for customers in our Pro Sports + Entertainment vertical.
• Approach customer interactions with a consultative mindset, providing strategic guidance during communications, questions, and meetings.

• Develop and execute sales plays aligned to customer problems, verticals, or product motions.
• Externalize Attentive’s multi-product narrative through GTM assets.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Voice of Market teams to ensure messaging reflects buyer needs.

• Oversee long-range and annual financial planning processes to maximize long-term value, including developing financial and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations, driving bookings and revenue growth while scaling the business.
• Lead, build, and mentor the FP&A team by providing respected leadership, implementing best practices, and demonstrating Attentive's core values.
