The Director of Engineering drives the strategic and technical direction of the engineering organization, focusing on collaboration with the Product team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. This role involves leading multiple engineering teams, shaping product-engineering strategy, building a high-performing engineering culture, and acting as a technical advisor to senior leadership, fostering innovation and ownership.

Work as a member of a team to deliver high-quality code, improve products, and own the design and delivery of new features. Build components for users across multiple platforms, mentor developers, and champion engineering excellence. Leverage AI tools and participate in hiring a diverse technical team.

As a Tech Lead, you'll significantly impact your team's operations by enhancing tools and processes for people management and collaborating with engineering managers to improve workflows. You will consistently deliver products in line with established action plans and ensure code quality throughout the production phase by leading discussions on team architecture and mentoring developers.

An experienced operational and technical sales professional who works with clients on-site to identify their needs and develop customized business solutions using Auctane's products and services with a strong understanding of the small parcel shipping industry. They work closely with the sales team to understand the client's business, logistics, and IT environment, and then design and present solutions that meet those needs.
