Behavox is looking for a hands-on Head of Human Resources to continue to build and lead our People team. The Head of HR will report to the Chief Operating Officer and play a critical role in shaping our company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and retaining top talent; fostering employee performance and development; designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems, data management and processes.

As a Product Manager, you will be involved in building new products to drive business growth in existing and new clients, delivering robust functionality by addressing all customer concerns and issues, innovating, ideating and evolving current products, and identifying market opportunities for new products and tools.
