Research and analyze laws, regulations and procedures to provide legal support, with special focus on Brazil's financial regulatory framework. You will carry out privacy impact assessments in Brazilian products, support the Contract Life Cycle Management, and ensure proper follow-up. You will also support with internal corporate governance and interact with stakeholders across different teams, actively supporting them in getting things done. Bring innovative ideas to the table.

Become an expert on Belvo’s Open Finance solutions portfolio, both from a technical and a product perspective. Manage client questions regarding implementation, use of Belvo’s products, billing, etc. while seeking to improve the customer experience. Quantify an issue’s scope and severity in order to solve or escalate to the correct internal area. Implement changes to reduce ticket volumes and increase scalability and quality of our support.

Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of the Mexican entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with external accountants. Manage and support external audits and internal controls, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations (especially for the regulated entity). Own and deliver all regulatory reporting obligations for the regulated financial institution. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analysis, and perform cost/managerial accounting tasks.
