You'll leverage your existing network and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.

We are looking for a HR Director with deep experience in proprietary trading firms and an established network within the trading talent market. In this role, you will take ownership of the People function specifically for the Trading division. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to operate in performance-driven environments.
