Develop and maintain core components of the Tbricks trading platform using modern C++ (C++14/17). Design and implement high-performance, low-latency trading applications and algorithms within the Tbricks API framework. Collaborate closely with trading and technology teams to address the needs of trading strategies, risk management, and market connectivity.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for team management including task allocation, monitoring progress, tracking deadlines, and ensuring task execution quality; managing the team backlog, evaluating, planning and prioritizing tasks; creating and improving processes; and interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders. Other responsibilities include budget management, tracking performance metrics, and creating and maintaining team documentation.

Provide real-time, hands-on support for low-latency trading environments, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid response to system failures or trading incidents. Collaborate with traders and engineers to fine-tune performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks. Ensure continuous compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards. Develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems to detect anomalies in key production metrics.

Conduct extensive market research to identify new trading opportunities. Design and PoC implementation of effective trading strategies based on your market research findings. Perform research and TCA of existing trading strategies to enhance risk-adjusted returns and adapt to changing market conditions. Collaborate with colleagues to leverage diverse expertise in refining and optimizing strategies.
