Lead the Data Engineering team responsible for ingesting, processing, storing, and serving all market, reference, and alternative data with low latency and high reliability. You will own the architecture and evolution of our Feature Store, which powers our live trading systems and research pipeline. Hands-on technical leadership position with significant ownership and influence over our trading technology stack.
The Data Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Data Lake infrastructure, including ingestion pipelines, storage systems, and internal tooling for reliable, scalable access to market data. Implement and tune data storage for petabyte‑scale analytics and collaborate with Data Science, Quant Research, Backend and DevOps to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to operate in performance-driven environments, understands the nuances of trader psychology, and can align people strategy with trading floor dynamics. You will take ownership of the key processes specifically for the Trading division: partnering closely with trading leadership to attract top talent, build effective compensation systems, and help shape our employer brand in the trading ecosystem.
