The Provider Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate healthcare provider information within organizational databases to support network operations. Responsibilities include intaking provider data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams. They will also generate reports and assist in developing data management procedures and policies.

The VP of Product Operations is responsible for leading a centralized team that delivers shared services and operates as a Center of Excellence across all product teams. This role oversees critical support functions-including Digital UX, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Product Analytics-to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and best practices across the product portfolio. The VP Product Operations partners closely with SVPs of Product.

Accountable for building plan structures that align with regulatory requirements, client needs, and Centivo’s value-based care strategy. The SVP will define and execute strategic product direction for Centivo’s core health plan offerings, including benefit design standards, network configurations, and administrative models. This leader will own the roadmap for Centivo’s managed care products.

The Workforce Management Analyst creates and maintains daily schedules for the call center, covering inbound, outbound, and back-office channels. You will perform real-time monitoring, track attendance, queue performance, and schedule adherence. This role involves adjusting schedules to meet goals and service level agreements, scheduling agents for calls, chats, and emails across multiple locations.

The Provider Data Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of our provider data team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The role reports to the Director of Provider Data Management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance our provider data processes, ensuring data is compliant with regulations.
