As a Product & Commercial Lead, you will own customer relationships and drive the success of Chestnut’s forward deployments end-to-end, embedding with customers to deeply understand their workflows. You will lead the transformation of their distribution operations using Chestnut’s platform, identifying gaps, prototyping solutions, and working closely with engineers and designers, managing timelines, influencing stakeholders, and surfacing opportunities.

Scale and lead a team of exceptional engineers while building the systems, processes, and culture that make velocity and quality inevitable. Partner closely with product, design, and founders to ensure impactful features are shipped fast while hiring the best talent. Lay the foundation for long-term technical excellence, and drive technical alignment.
