The Senior Marketing Analyst is a part of the Marketing Intelligence team, whose mandate is to help the Marketing Team dig into the marketing data sourced from multiple systems such as: Salesforce, Eloqua, Netsuite, Google Analytics, etc. This data is used to understand how we’re effectively connecting and converting customers, and more importantly, ways we may be missing the mark to guide the course of strategy.

Customer content specialists will work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience to help drive their corporate objectives. Working as a team, customer content specialists are the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the distribution process and act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs. Specialists also offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility.

The Senior Systems Engineer is a global technical & customer service role that provides L3 Microsoft 365 Suite support and participates in various technology initiatives & projects. Your duties will include managing and supporting the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring system availability, integrity, security, and support of internal end-users globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services, and a strong background in: Power Platform and Power Shell scripting.
