  • Plan, design, and lead the expansion and evaluation of freight programs and initiatives including monitoring, gathering, synthesizes, and communicating information.
  • Manage and mentor supporting staff and consultant teams, work with internal and external stakeholders, and engage and foster relationships with business partners community members, and elected officials.
  • Coordinate activities between multiple projects with detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.
