This is an extremely intense, hands-on role with full ownership, requiring high agency and outlier work ethic (9am-9pm, 6 days per week). You will be obsessed with hiring top-tier talent in high-velocity environments and filling multiple critical roles under aggressive timelines. You will build talent pipelines in new geographies and open new hiring markets successfully.
Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across various roles. Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets. Establish and continuously improve candidate experience.
