As a Data Support Engineer, the role involves proactively monitoring data systems, identifying and resolving incidents to ensure operational continuity and efficiency, participating in an on-call rotation, responding to critical incidents outside of business hours, executing runbooks, documenting results, and providing feedback for continuous improvements.
As Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Level 3 (L3) support team, ensuring that data operations are secure, efficient and in compliance with industry best practices. You will guide the team in resolving complex incidents, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your role will be critical in creating, maintaining and evolving detailed runbooks and technical documentation, as well as leading initiatives to optimize processes, ensure system reliability and strengthen the team's ability to respond to critical events.
As Data Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that data pipelines are always operating efficiently, securely and reliably. Your mission includes providing proactive technical support, quickly identifying and resolving any issues that may compromise data integrity or availability. In addition, you will act as a technical escalation point for more complex problems that require specialized knowledge of data technologies and infrastructure.

Demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset by replicating issues internally and providing timely solutions. Foster a collaborative environment by driving knowledge sharing through creating articles. Continuously expand your technical skill set, focusing on a specific area of expertise and attending training sessions.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving legacy systems, as well as developing new functionalities, you will play a fundamental role in updating critical systems used by pharmacies, clinics and internal teams. You will work with Delphi, good object-oriented programming (OOP) practices, relational databases and will have experience with complex projects in a corporate environment serving an international client.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first hires on a new internal support team working to accelerate our vulnerability management program. As a Security Support Engineer, you will work with our Product Security team to provide support to Atlassian engineers as they triage and remediate security vulnerabilities in our products.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable solutions, designing and maintaining efficient APIs, and optimizing system performance using Java/Kotlin, Spring, and AWS. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and ensuring secure, stable, and high-quality software. With a focus on clean code and best practices, you will actively contribute to the evolution of enterprise productivity tools.
