Provide remote technical support and manage IT infrastructure including cloud services, hardware, and networks for a globally distributed engineering team.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, software licenses, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security measures.
Collaborate with departments to implement modern IT solutions, monitor network performance, and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.
Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, grounding, power quality, harmonic analysis, transient analysis, and reliability studies.
Develop and maintain electrical system models using PSCAD, ETAP, SKM PowerTools, EasyPower, or similar software platforms.
Perform electromagnetic transient (EMT) studies to evaluate system behavior during switching events, faults, utility disturbances, and large load changes.
