Administer and maintain core IT systems, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft Office 365 suite. Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for IT systems and infrastructure issues, resolving escalated incidents efficiently. Configure IT systems to align with organizational policies and operational needs, and lead IT projects.
