Play a critical role in expanding the adoption of USDe, USDtb, and other core Ethena product lines via partnerships, integrations, and relationship building. Work with the Commercial team and related functions to efficiently establish relationships, onboard, then close integrations that will bring Ethena products to new users and pools of capital.

You will be at the forefront of securing the next generation of decentralized financial technology. You will take ownership of building and maintaining our platform's security infrastructure, working across both on-chain and off-chain components. Your work will protect our users and ensure the integrity of our systems in the rapidly evolving crypto and DeFi landscape.

As a Senior Engineer you’ll contribute to the design, development, and scaling of our core products and engineering systems. You’ll play a key role on our Product Engineering team, covering all user-facing systems for hundreds of thousands of users. The role has a strong emphasis on backend architecture and integrations. You will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, performance, and maintainability of our services.

As an Execution Trader within the Ethena trading team, you will contribute to a small group that manages the operations, trading and positioning of the backing assets of USDe. This includes the movement of collateral between custodians, operating an in-house automated execution platform, and communicating with key internal stakeholders.

As the Head of Security, you will lead the comprehensive security strategy for Ethena, ensuring the protection of assets, infrastructure, data, personnel, and facilities; including cybersecurity, blockchain security, physical security, and operational security. This role involves building a security-first culture in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to embed security into all operations and ensure regulatory alignment.

As a Senior DeFi Engineer, you'll be designing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge DeFi infrastructure and products in the realm of stablecoins, staking, liquidity, and cross-chain flows. You'll act as a technical leader in DeFi engineering, delivering systems that expand Ethena's market impact while safeguarding user and treasury assets. Your work will enable safe automation of mint/redeem operations, LP strategies, and governance-controlled vaults.
