Lead the creation, development, and implementation of test strategies, concepts, and plans for complex enterprise applications. Plan, control, and monitor all testing activities across the entire project lifecycle, coordinating developers, testers, and external providers. Conduct risk analyses, manage defect tracking and escalation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
