Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports. Coordinate project governance meetings, preparing presentation packs, minutes, and follow-ups. Collect, analyse, and consolidate data for executive reporting. Support financial and resource tracking across the programme. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving risks or issues. Ensure PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks are applied consistently.
