Respond to client requests by researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Meet with team members on a daily basis to discuss current client priorities and client requests for service over and above software changes. Act as a partner with client financial management staff to assure all payroll accounting and payroll finance data is accurate and delivered timely.

Build and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Connect the ServiceNow platform with other systems and applications using technologies like REST/SOAP. Create custom scripts, including Business Rules and Script Includes, to automate processes and meet business requirements.
