Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms, coordinating and conducting candidate screenings to support a smooth interview process. The candidate will maintain organized and updated hiring pipelines along with collaborating with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs, design and execute sourcing strategies across global markets and build scalable, data-informed recruiting processes from scratch. The candidate will source candidates beyond LinkedIn using networks, partnerships and creative channels.
