Mentor designers and raise craft standards, using AI prototyping to accelerate decision-making and bring real experiences to the table quickly.
Lead front end and full stack initiatives from ambiguous problem statement to shipped, measured outcome, making architecture calls and sequencing work.
Partner with product and design to shape the experience, own performance, stability, accessibility, and maintainability at scale.
Use AI tooling aggressively as a force multiplier while holding the line on quality, and champion testing, documentation, and workflows.
