This backend role focuses on developing our Science Platform to automate and enhance our core Geolift product and beyond. Responsibilities include driving initiatives from concept to final product delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution, and optimizing solutions for complex and high-impact science problems. Demonstrated experience building data systems or data-driven products is required.

This is a unique opportunity to help us build, scale, and harden the infrastructure that powers everything at Haus — from machine learning pipelines to real-time collaboration and data products. You’ll work closely with our security, platform, and product teams to ensure our infrastructure is performant, resilient, and secure.

You will lead a team of analysts and data scientists partnering with Measurement Strategy and Product Science leaders to scale the delivery and interpretation of experiment results and insights from our cutting-edge science platform. Your team’s work will be critical to meeting growing customer demand with clarity, speed, and reliability. As a trusted leader, you will ensure customers understand and gain value from our scientific outputs, driving confidence and long-term adoption.

As an IT Engineer at Haus, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and secure operation and networking of our internal IT systems. You’ll focus on automating identity and access management, provisioning, device compliance, and SaaS tool integration. You’ll work closely with our Security, People, and Engineering teams to support onboarding, manage endpoints through our MDM platform, and help us maintain a high compliance bar as we scale.

As a Measurement Strategy Manager at Haus, you will work hand-in-hand with a portfolio of customers to define and act on their measurement roadmap. You will deeply understand the goals of your customers' businesses, propose testing strategies that align to their goals, and drive your customers to act on the things they learn through Haus. You will serve as an evangelist for incrementality measurement and help your customers make critical business decisions based on Haus reporting.

You will partner directly with the Measurement Strategy team to scale the delivery and interpretation of results from our cutting-edge science platform to meet fast growing customer demands, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on driving value and confidence in results. Collaborating across teams you will develop solutions to ensure robust, reliable results and seamless communication at scale.

We’re seeking a proactive Security & Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity for a junior to mid-career professional to deepen their expertise across cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in a company that’s scaling fast. You’ll work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, science and operations teams to ensure we’re secure by design and always audit-ready.

As a Senior Accountant reporting to the Controller, you’ll play a critical role in managing and evolving our accounting operations. We are building the foundation of Haus’s financial reporting and you’ll be involved not just in day-to-day accounting but also in implementing new platforms and developing new processes. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support audit and tax preparation, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement efficient financial processes.
