We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
The Accountant is responsible for preparing financial reports to monitor organizational assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and related financial activities. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all accounting processes. Perform general cost accounting and maintain the general ledger.
Demonstrated success throughout the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiations, and deal closures. Prior involvement in managing distribution networks, including dealers, distributors, and retail partners, such as pharmacies, medical centers, clinics, VIP beauty salons, and selected hypermarkets. Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring consistent lead tracking and conversion performance.
Expertise in B2B marketing strategy, including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and targeted content creation. Experience in premium/luxury branding, including brand storytelling and high-end positioning strategy. Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, instagram and snapchat, etc. Experience organizing and executing high-end events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client-facing activations.
Search for and select appropriate brands/manufacturers that are suitable for the local market and offer strong business opportunities. Collaborate with international brands/manufacturers and secure exclusive distribution rights for the company in the local market. Evaluate product portfolios, pricing structures, and brand positioning to ensure alignment with local market needs and competitive advantage. Prepare detailed business proposals and reports to support decision-making and present potential opportunities to the management team.
