This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team to lead the design of tools that empower homebuilders, buyers, and construction professionals. Youβll own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and delivery while contributing to the broader product vision. As a strategic partner across teams, your contributions will influence how our platform evolves and scales.
Work closely with our sales team to close new business by addressing prospectsβ challenges and helping to demonstrate how Higharc is the solution to these challenges. Develop extensive Process Mapping, with defined points of value and ROI for each department. Perform bespoke demos for prospective customers and create ROI docs, business implementation strategy, Success Plans, and hand-off documentation.
The Solutions Consultant will partner with Account Executives throughout the sales journey, act as the functional expert on Higharcβs platform, and lead discovery, shape the vision of success, and deliver tailored demos. This strategic, customer-facing role requires matching real-world workflows to cutting-edge software and selling with insight.
