Evolve technical direction of our B2B platform’s integrations with customer systems, especially ERP platforms. This role requires not only strong engineering skills but also the architectural insight to design and guide robust, scalable integration patterns across a variety of customer environments. Design and implement integrations between our platform and customer ERP systems.

Lead a team of architects and design professionals, overseeing the transition of customers from legacy design systems to Higharc. Drive process excellence by designing and implementing a standardized methodology. Establish KPIs, manage team performance, and act as a technical leader. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback on platform functionality.
