This role helps onboard builder plans into the Higharc platform, reporting to the Sr Manager of Implementation. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of buildings into the Higharc Editor, managing task progress, and serving as a point of contact for product leads. You will also represent Higharc in technical pre-sales and provide technical support, feedback, and QA/QC.
Contribute to our core geometric modeling technologies that support design, presentation, and analysis of homes. Prioritize working software over perfection and wants to deliver code, get user feedback, and iterate. Work closely with other engineers, product, and customer success teams to define expected behavior and mentor junior developers.
Drive searches personally while elevating our overall hiring engine. Partner deeply with hiring managers, leverage AI‑enabled tools, craft sourcing strategies, and translate headcount plans into predictable talent pipelines. The Implementation Data Specialist accelerates customer adoption by resolving option mapping challenges between Higharc Studio and external ERP & CRM systems. You will ensure clean, accurate option data is entered into Higharc Studio, enabling builders to confidently price, configure, and sell homes. This role requires precision, consistency, and an eye for detail, as well as a willingness to jump into drafting or integration tasks as the business evolves.
This role will lead the design, specifications, and estimation of engineering projects in the Higharc Studio space, as well as management of team capacity and work assignments. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Building Generation team, maintain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our product, and institute new processes that raise quality. You'll also inspire, develop, and grow the engineering talent on your team.

We are looking for technical Material Artists with game development experience to join our architecture visualization team and help create high quality environment art assets and scenes. Candidates should have an exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, color, detail, and silhouette in regard to modeling and texturing along with experience developing and editing procedural and system based materials.
The Solutions Consultant will work closely with our sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ challenges and helping to demonstrate how Higharc is the solution to these challenges. You'll manage the ongoing development of Process Mapping Exercise output and refine Process Mapping exercises, questions, documentation, templates.
