The Partner Brand Management (PBM) team at Huge develops day-to-day client relationships and drives business through working with clients’ internal teams, agency partners, and external partners to ensure all adhere to our clients’ brand guidelines.
As an Experience Design Lead, you will be the nerve center of the design process, driving creative output across innovative projects with a focus on digital experiences,. You will guide interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy development, and concepting, ensuring collaboration and cohesion while pushing the boundaries of design. This is a hands-on role where you will create designs, personas, and sitemaps to effectively communicate the team's thinking.
