As part of the Valuation Services division of JD Power, you will work to understand what features drive a vehicle's price and predict future values. As a Data Scientist, you will utilize the latest technologies to solve challenging problems, enhance production machine learning processes, and deploy them into production with rigorous QC. This role involves working with internal stakeholders, presenting findings, documenting processes, and collaborating with technology and engineering teams.
The Automotive Data Analyst 1 obtains, compiles, analyzes, interprets, researches, codes, and tests for presentation all ordering, pricing, and technical information needed by J DP Systems from the Automotive Industry. The Automotive Data Analyst 1 must apply highly specialized knowledge of automotive vehicles and the variations of each manufacturer. During the introductory training period, the Automotive Data Analyst 1 is responsible to access training tools , and participate in practice content assignments in preparation to take the final assessment.
Act as the trusted digital advisor to the OEM’s Dealer body conducting program performance reviews, vendor recommendations, and overall digital consultative services that drives improvements in the Dealers sales and service business. Exhibit proficiencies in Dealership Websites, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Reputation Management, CRM and Google AdWords. Engage and educate our Dealer body on Digital Marketing Strategy and best-practices.
You will help develop the analytics and data insights for J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction survey research-based business, particularly those that measure digital channel performance. You will conduct analysis of survey data to help clients improve customer satisfaction and drive business results, author reports and presentations focused on actionable insights. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and excited by technology.
Contributes to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle through the analysis, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance of software solutions. Works closely with Business Unit stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, create work estimates, develop software, and verify product releases. Also works in close collaboration with the Software Development Team Lead to define and implement best practices across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Power’s User Experience team, tasked to produce innovative digital strategies that deliver exceptional experiences for users while supporting business objectives and vision. The role centers on creating successful user experiences through research, feedback, analysis, testing and best practices. The role will create mockups and concepts for products in the sales pipeline.
Support the development, delivery, and evolution of training content across platforms, including AuctionMaster, AWG, Simulcast, Core, and Marketplace. This role ensures consistent learning standards, supports user onboarding, improves platform adoption, and enhances operational efficiency across dealer, client, and internal user groups.
