- Serve as the subject matter expert and system administrator for the ICIMS applicant tracking system, ensuring alignment of best practice business processes and workflows.
- Lead project planning, control, and coordination of ATS implementation activities, including design, build, and installation.

- Provide hands-on development work and mentoring to junior developers building software applications.
- Develop and maintain Google Apps Script backend modules and integrate with Google Workspace APIs.
- Collaborate with a small scrum team using GitLab, Jira, and agile practices.
