The Legal Community Lead role will be responsible for building Juro's presence at events, growing a network of in-house lawyers, and creating local experiences. This role requires credibility, understanding of the US legal market, and the ability to act as a local face for Juro.
Deliver value to paying customers through effective onboarding, while being the voice of the customer internally. This means owning the onboarding of fast-growing companies from end to end, and delivering effective, speedy and thoughtful customer projects. Comfortably juggle ~35 live customers and 100% of your onboardings complete in <45 days.
This is a hybrid role as a hands-on product designer and team leader. You’ll lead and grow a talented team of four, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help shape the future of design at Juro. The company needs someone who understands how legal teams think and work.
Make Juro’s customers successful by proactively solving their problems with contract automation, being a trusted advisor, voice and source of guidance while identifying opportunities to help customers expand their use of their platform. You will own a high‑value book of business, build genuine champion relationships, and be the face of Juro for some of the world’s fastest‑growing companies.
