The Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing on-site service tasks for mechanical retrofit and MRO services, including the assembly, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. This role ensures work is performed in accordance with contractual, QHSE, and technical requirements while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients.
The Service Manager works in full coordination with the UK Service Director and other international Kanadevia Inova (KVI) teams to promote and sell our large portfolio of spare parts, mechanical and process retrofit, to plan Customer visits in view of identifying and creating new opportunities. Manages the Service team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors in delivering service activities.
