This is a critical leadership position for someone who thrives in a complex, scaling environment and can drive both process integrity and robust governance. You will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and implement a new revenue automation system such as NetSuite ARM or RevPro. Manage a global team, spearhead a major revenue automation initiative, and build strong partnerships across the organization.

Lead and enhance the IT services across our global operations by delivering superior IT service management that consistently meets or exceeds our Service Level Agreements, effectively reducing response times and increasing resolution rates for our global remote workforce. Cultivate a high-performing, engaged IT team that excels in collaboration and efficiency. Provide insights that drive improvements and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance system effectiveness and elevate user satisfaction.

The Accounting Analyst's mission is to support the company's growth by processing accounts payable, expense reports, and accounts receivable. This role involves handling accounts payable, processing expense reports, and managing accounts receivable. Your work will contribute to process improvements, automation of expense report workflows, and timely financial reports.
