Develop high-impact copy for retail app features, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, product launches, email campaigns, push notifications, social content, and lifecycle marketing.
Partner closely with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to create user-centric copy that boosts engagement, retention, and conversion in the retail app environment.
Iterate on performance-driven copy through A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization of headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and longer-form content to deliver measurable results.

Own all blockchain and staking services, including on-chain integrations and off-chain coordination for staking flows
Support and grow the OTC Spot and derivatives desks: Help define strategy, execution, and long-term growth.
Client engagement & business development: Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, institutional clients, and counterparties.
Risk management: Contribute to robust risk management practices across spot, options and other derivatives by confidently taking and managing client flow, pricing effectively, and maintaining discipline and attention to detail.
Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects within engineering, security, compliance, facility and data centers operations.
Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines; coordinate cross-functional teams around strategic priorities and outcomes.
Improve internal workflows through enhanced Atlassian workflows, AI, automation, self-service and consistent reporting mechanisms.
Be the product manager for Kraken’s Financial Systems, covering accounting, treasury, and related financial platforms.
Work closely with your engineering squads to establish a strong product culture and clear ownership within a historically project-driven domain.
Partner deeply with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, reliable system capabilities.
Own and manage Kraken’s global sanctions screening program, including name screening, transaction monitoring, geo-blocking, sanctions evasion detection, and related technical controls; maintain and enhance screening frameworks to meet global regulatory expectations while supporting scalability and efficiency.
Design and execute screening strategy to support regulatory compliance, business growth, product launches, and global expansion.
Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to lead and execute tuning efforts for sanctions screening tooling and related controls; partner with Engineering to develop, prioritize, and execute the sanctions screening roadmap, including vendor management and system/control enhancements.
Manage client onboarding and verification activities, including the review and validation of KYC documentation through dedicated tools such as Admin and Zendesk, as well as handling Funding and general client inquiries via email and live chat.
Review, verify, and validate client-submitted documents to ensure accuracy, validity, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Support remediation initiatives by guiding existing clients through document resubmission and re-verification processes.
Set and evolve the frontend architecture and standards for Earn across all platforms (web + mobile).
Lead high-impact, cross-app initiatives: major refactors, performance & reliability improvements, shared UI/component libraries or SDKs, and codebase modernization.
Define and enforce frontend best practices, testing strategy, performance budgets, and accessibility standards.

Partner with the Head of Experiences & Events and senior leadership to define, evolve, and execute Kraken’s VIP events and experiences strategy.
Develop and manage exclusive, high-touch VIP events, such as executive dinners, private client experiences, premium hospitality programs, and invite-only activations.
Logistics and execution for VIP participation at conferences, sponsored events, and brand partnerships, ensuring a white-glove experience from invitation through follow-up.
