The Business Operations Principal will be a key partner to the Head of Pro, driving operational clarity, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement. This role involves building operating rhythms, leading cross-functional projects, supporting decision-making, and identifying bottlenecks to improve team efficiency, requiring 5–7 years of relevant experience.

As a Data Centre Operations Engineer you will join a highly motivated team that is responsible for managing the entire network and compute infrastructure for one of the world’s leading Cryptocurrency exchanges performing expert preventative and corrective on-site maintenance on critical exchange infrastructure, installing and configuring complex server and networking systems. You will also provide comprehensive on-site facility support.

Define and own the onboarding product strategy for Kraken’s Consumer, Business, and Institutional segments and champion client-centric design. Scale identity verification solutions that meet diverse regulatory and geographical requirements, balancing compliance with exceptional user experience. Lead vendor strategy and leverage data at scale to drive measurable improvements.

This role involves partnering with the VP of Total Rewards to drive compensation strategy, serving as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, and designing global compensation programs. The Director will also ensure compliance, collaborate on sales compensation plans, and lead M&A due diligence.

You’ll shape an integrated suite of AI powered products and experiences that improve the customer experience for our utility partners by enhancing outage communication and visualization capabilities, simplifying outage reporting, improving estimated time to restore calculations, and customer communication.

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer within the newly created ‘Product Reliability’ team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of the products on our platform. Your proficiency in leading technical teams that support products serving millions of customers will ensure stability and high performance for our brands and clients. You will keep up with best practices in building products for scale.
