  • Design and implement scalable .NET services and REST APIs that power commerce and payment capabilities for LastPass customers worldwide.
  • Deliver payment gateway integrations and regional payment method support, expanding reach and reliability for LastPass subscribers.
  • Contribute to planning, design, and feature delivery in close collaboration with a cross-functional engineering team.

  • Lead content strategy across the digital support ecosystem, shaping how customers understand and succeed with our products.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and timely online support content in English, delivering personalized in-product experiences.
  • Drive analytics and cross-functional partnerships to prioritize, track, and measure content improvements.

  • Act as a strategic security leader by defining and driving cloud security principles, standards, and reference architectures across the organization.
  • Partner with DevOps and CI/CD engineers to embed shift-left security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Assess, design, and implement security processes and controls to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.

$119,200–$140,000/yr

  • Lead partner marketing across NA, EMEA, and APAC to drive revenue through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute regional partner marketing strategies, create and localize campaigns and content, and track budget ROI.
  • Proven experience in partner or channel marketing within a SaaS organization, with strong analytical and communication skills.

$131,200–$160,000/yr

  • Lead proactive media relations across security trade, business, and technology press to turn company milestones into earned coverage.
  • Manage an external PR agency, setting scope and priorities while building the communications engine around product launches and events.
  • Partner with security and legal to maintain crisis communications preparedness and establish measurement for share of voice and sentiment.
