The Product Trainer at Lumin Digital is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enable financial institutions to fully adopt and succeed with Lumin’s digital banking platform. This role designs curriculum, delivers virtual and in-person training, and collaborates across Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for clients.

The Software Engineer (SDK) is responsible for addressing a wide range of software development needs, including product development, internal and external solution consulting, client project scoping and bidding, SDK and API support for external developers, and assisting the sales organization with technical demos to prospects. The ideal candidate brings traditional development experience and is well-versed in vendors and technologies within the FinTech ecosystem.

The Senior Manager of Marketing Program Manager, is responsible for managing the coordination, execution, and governance of high-impact marketing programs and all-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement. This individual ensures marketing initiatives and assets are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business/marketing objectives.

The Solutions Architect supports the sales team by assisting in product demonstrations and preparing tailored presentations for prospective clients. This role helps communicate the value of Lumin’s digital banking platform through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. Working closely with senior architects and sales leadership, the Solutions Architect develops technical and product expertise while contributing to early-stage client engagement and pre-sales activities.

The Solutions Consultant – focused on DAO (digital account opening) & LOS (loan origination solution), is responsible for maintaining deep product knowledge of Lumin’s DAO and LOS solutions, partnering closely with sales and product teams to deliver impactful demonstrations, roadmap insights, industry knowledge, and subject matter expertise. This role is critical to helping prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders understand the value of our Digital Account Opening and Loan Origination solutions.
