You’ll play a critical role in shaping how new users experience our product from day one, focusing on customer-facing onboarding flows and internal tools and will partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to design intuitive, elegant onboarding experiences that improve activation, time-to-value, and retention.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
