You will build Tableau dashboards, customer-facing reports, and automated alerting that highlight fraud trends, identity verification performance, and optimization opportunities.
Mitek is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the Global Customer Support team. In this role, you will take a consultative approach with strategic accounts, facilitate issue resolution for identity verification and check deposit solutions, support Mitek products, and drive escalations with internal teams. You will also interface directly with strategic customers and act as a subject matter expert for Mitek’s products.
