The Product Support Representative is responsible for the support of Nextech software applications, ensuring timely response to and resolution of customer questions and issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction. This representative will provide frontline support for incoming calls, emails, and error reports. The Product Support Representative resolves software issues and questions with known solutions and escalates advanced issues through appropriate channels.

The Vice President of Implementation is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing all client onboarding, implementation, and technical services. This role owns the design, execution, and scaling of implementation programs across all lines of business. The VP of Implementation plays a critical role in driving client success and accelerating time-to-value.

The Director Demand Generation Marketing will be an innovative and energetic leader, with a strong track record of building programs that convert interest into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). This role focuses on measurable contribution to revenue through qualified lead generation by designing inbound and outbound strategies that directly drive SQL volume, velocity and quality, owning the full demand engine and optimizing every program for conversion.
