Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test suites for complex software systems, leading manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Build and scale automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and collaborate with developers during code reviews to catch quality issues early.
Mentor junior QA engineers, partner with product and engineering to assess risk, and continuously evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve QA effectiveness.
