Own complex integration and platform problems from discovery and design through to delivery, iteration and long-term evolution.
Strengthen and evolve existing integrations, improve internal tools and processes, and turn legacy or manual workflows into scalable, reliable systems.
Collaborate closely with designers, customer success and other engineers to enhance the product and the system behind it in a tight feedback loop.
Own the technical direction and delivery of Inventory at Nory, ensuring data integrity across orders, invoices, stock counts, recipes, waste, and suppliers.
Lead and coach a squad of engineers, setting clear direction, reviewing code, unblocking delivery, and fostering a culture of ownership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement.
Act as a multiplier for delivery, keeping the team focused on outcomes that reduce churn, improve margins, and unlock scale for Nory’s next phase.
