This role will be accountable for client retention, net revenue retention, and overall satisfaction. Success means turning SEO and content into measurable pipeline, securing renewals, and surfacing smart expansion opportunities. This is a high-visibility role suited for an agency-seasoned SEO or organic growth strategist who loves building long-term partnerships and shaping the client experience.

You'll manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, and lay the foundation for a scalable talent engine. You'll be given significant freedom to shape how we hire, work with leadership across the company, and play a direct role in how the team grows. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, ATS & tool management, partnering with hiring managers, and driving offers & onboarding.
