Build and own our recruiting function from the ground up, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, and laying the foundation for a scalable talent engine. Shape how we hire, work with leadership, and play a direct role in how the team grows. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, ATS & tool management, building a scalable recruiting system, partnering with hiring managers, owning the candidate experience, and driving offers & onboarding.
As Digital PR Specialist, you will develop and execute creative, high impact digital PR campaigns that earn high-quality brand mentions and backlinks for our clients. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end process of campaign strategy, data gathering, producing data-driven content, identifying outreach opportunities, pitching journalists and influencers, and securing coverage for SEO, GEO, and brand goals.
As SEO Outreach Specialist, you will partner with high-authority brands and build high-quality backlinks to support our clients' growth and authority. You will be involved in our internal backlinking and guest posting program and responsible for multiple client deliverables. This is a perfect role for someone experienced in SEO, content marketing, and digital PR who enjoys working with people in an agency or SaaS environment.
