Own the end-to-end company launch and BizOps scaling process by executing flawless onboarding for new portfolio companies, managing critical systems and vendor relationships, and monitoring company performance across our growing portfolio. Work closely with our Automation Engineer to build the product that ultimately automates this role, enabling scaling exponentially andlaunching 2,000 new companies per year.

You will be the operational backbone for OCV leadership, managing calendars, communications, travel (limited), and coordination with OCV companies and founders. You will own the organizational systems and document management that we use to launch and support OCV companies including new company setup activities and founder onboarding logistics. You will use AI to streamline processes and to automate repetitive administrative workflows.
