Manage candidate records, reach out to passive candidates, and track sourcing metrics. Requires 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of sourcing tools, and strong communication skills.
This role is focused on top-of-funnel recruiting for engineering positions and requires availability during Pacific Time Zone working hours. Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and engineering hiring managers, sourcing candidates, creating outreach strategies, building talent pipelines, conducting candidate screens, tracking sourcing activity, and sharing insights. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and is proficient with sourcing tools.
The Health Screener provides coverage in the field ensuring that health screenings are completed accurately and on time. They maintain a safe and professional environment for clients and employees and confidently perform all aspects of a health screening, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. They perform biometric screening at client sites. Provide customer service at all health screenings.
