We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Client Service Representative to join our global team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. You will guide clients through onboarding and staking processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Define and execute our global security strategy, protecting our infrastructure, products, and clients against evolving threats while ensuring compliance with industry-leading security frameworks. You will oversee a team of cybersecurity engineers, work closely with engineering and product, and ensure security is embedded across all aspects of product development and operations.
Take ownership of newly activated accounts post-integration and drive activation, adoption, and expansion playbooks. Increase TVL under management and multi-product attach rate, identify new networks and services to enable for each client. Build and execute account growth plans: stakeholder mapping, executive access, and multi-threading to product, ops, legal and compliance, and finance.
Weβre looking for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks with precision. Experience in implementing and following structured processes is essential. Additionally, advanced English skills (C1 or above) are required to communicate effectively within our team.
Define the target finance systems architecture and roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. Lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system (likely NetSuite), including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and system design. Act as project manager from the finance side during ERP and related system implementations, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
