We are seeking a Manager, People Operations to design and improve global systems, processes, and workflows. You'll develop systems from scratch and roll up your sleeves to get things done, ensuring data accuracy, global compliance, and operational excellence. You will manage two team members and apply systems-thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role involves leading customer and partner engagement strategy globally, managing a portfolio of customers and leads across various segments, and being accountable for revenue growth and retention. The Account Manager will build client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, manage renewals, and resolve client issues.
