As an Illustrator, you will use illustration and graphic design to spark joy and add personality to our brand. Your role involves adding personality, humor, and wit to our work, ensuring illustrations align with our existing style while exploring your creative freedom. This role is open to anyone with a talent for drawing characters and a passion for creativity.

There are a ton of ex-founders who love working at PostHog because they get to work autonomously and own a large set of problems. We're still super early stage, and with each small team, it's a startup within itself, which means defining a problem, talking to users, building a solution, and iterating on that. Leverage LLMs to make PostHog 10x more powerful as a Full-Stack Engineer. You will build and ship agentic AI applications, working across teams to make progress fast. Thinking like a product builder, you will care about users and outcomes, not just code. If you’ve worked in autonomous agents, workflow automation, or AI copilots before, you’ll feel at home building it from scratch, in the open, with massive impact.

As a Backend Engineer, you will be a key player in building robust, high-performance data pipelines, turning complex ELT workflows into reliable products, and working deeply with modern data formats like Arrow, Iceberg, and Delta and ensuring they remain stable and production-ready. This role involves building tools for users to import, transform, and analyze data via SQL and infrastructure that powers current and future PostHog features.
