✨ Benefits Overview (3 of 4 jobs list additional benefits)
You will be owning top-of-funnel content by writing, editing, and commissioning content that will increase awareness of PostHog, its products, and new launches. You'll support product launches, monitor content performance, maintain existing content, and inform best practices.
As a Product Engineer, you will own products and features from beginning to end, originating ideas, talking to users, and understanding our strategy and goals. You'll test MVPs, iterate on feedback, own pricing, and ensure ongoing success, implementing AI features and collaborating with design when necessary. Every week, one person in each engineering team is designated the Support hero, and this role will also include some on-call time too.
The primary responsibility involves aiding customers in resolving their issues and enhancing the support infrastructure, answering tickets, but also building out our support tooling. You'll be the face of PostHog for many of our customers, so you’ll need to be extremely helpful and engaging, diagnosing and fixing issues themselves, escalating when development work is needed.
This role is for someone who is technical enough to help customers, great at reading the signs of which inbound customers to focus on, and good at maintaining long term relationships past the initial sale. Technical Account Managers have an existing book of business of engaged, high paying customers who we think have huge expansion potential.
