  • Own the full client lifecycle for PushPress's CRM and marketing automation add-on, Grow, including White Glove onboarding, retention, and technical support.
  • Host live onboarding calls focused on CRM setup, workflow builds, automations, and A2P/SMS configuration, tracking progress toward milestones.
  • Handle escalated Grow tickets, validate and reproduce technical issues, and act as the internal subject matter expert on Grow/GHL behavior.
