As Rad AI’s first Market Development Representative, you’ll help build and shape a new function from the ground up, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across the U.S. radiology market. As a Market Development Representative at Rad AI, you’ll be on the front lines of Rad AI's growth engine—turning interest into qualified conversations and pipeline, engaging radiology groups and health systems, educating them on where Rad AI fits, and booking high-quality meetings for our Sales Reps. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll own clear meeting targets and run structured outbound and inbound follow-up, and be a key connector between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

This role involves developing and maintaining HL7 and FHIR interfaces with customers' systems, leading standardization efforts, providing technical expertise, and troubleshooting implementations to ensure reliability and compatibility; collaborate with developers and engineers to improve integration methods and assist in mentoring teammates in HL7 and FHIR.
The Lead Product Manager for Rad AI Impressions will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the next generation of impression automation and agentic AI, ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency, personalizing AI output, streamlining workflows, and supporting seamless integration across reporting and dictation systems.
Key contributor to Rad AI's legal strategy and operations, collaborating closely with commercial teams and senior leaders. Your legal insights will help accelerate the deployment of innovative products, strengthen collaboration with physicians. Play a central role in protecting relationships with healthcare partners, safeguarding intellectual property.
Be embedded in executive planning, shaping decisions before they are made rather than reacting to them afterward. Partner with Finance to lead modeling, including quotas, capacity planning, and GTM design. Align variable comp plans with desired behaviors to influence retention and cost of sale. Build and maintain forecasting processes and go beyond metrics to model scenarios across pricing, pipeline, and headcount planning. Oversee GTM tools and provide insights to teams.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation, proactively addressing customer needs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer value.
Support 2–3 members of the executive team, primarily within the Commercial (GTM) organization, being a critical partner in enabling leadership effectiveness and driving seamless organizational efficiency.
