In this role, you will develop and execute strategic business plans for IT Solutions to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and service innovation. You will lead the ITS Deployment and Support Teams to ensure timely, high-quality software installations and go-lives, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive team performance through proactive management of KPIs, regularly reviewing results to identify performance gaps.

Lead product marketing strategy, drive product awareness, and generate leads through integrated marketing campaigns. You'll develop clinical value messaging, create tailored content for clinical personas, and build tools to support sales execution. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Clinical teams to align strategy and priorities.
