As Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the strategy, planning, and execution of ChargeX North America and EMEA, Recharge’s flagship annual user conferences. This is a highly visible role that requires cross-functional leadership, creative vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of our merchant community. Your work will be instrumental in driving merchant engagement, product adoption, and long-term loyalty.

In a Technical Support role for our Customer Success team, you are responsible for supporting our customers and delivering a world-class support experience. You work closely with store owners to answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues via live chat, email and occasional phone calls. The Technical Support team works in shifts to provide 24/7 support to merchants and this role will be an EST shift from 8am-5pm EST with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Build high-impact, high-performance, high-scale features to serve merchants, work collaboratively with fellow engineers and product counterparts to pragmatically develop solutions. Be actively involved in planning and design sessions as we find the best ways to serve our merchants, debug production issues across the stack. Review merge requests and pair with fellow engineers to understand and review code as shipped, mentor more junior engineers and be part of on-call rotations. Apply knowledge and experience to work through engineering challenges.
