Solve clientsβ toughest problems as a Network Engineer on the Service Delivery Team. Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators. Lead troubleshooting for recovery of network functions, including switching, routing, telephony, and telecom circuitry. Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems, performing root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurring incidents.
This role is critical to driving operational and service efficiency by leveraging data, business analysis, and cutting-edge tools to design, build, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. The ideal candidate is highly technical, with a solid understanding of automation principles and technologies, as well as hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate and Rewst. Beyond technical expertise, a successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, an excellent communicator, and someone who continuously seeks to learn, adapt, and discover better ways of operating.
