To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, Resultant needs an experienced Network Engineer to join our Service Delivery Team. The role involves serving as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators and leading troubleshooting for recovery of network functions. Responsibilities include diagnosing network problems, performing root cause analysis, providing on-call support, and working with clients about change requests.
To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, Resultant needs a Help Desk Specialist to join the team. You may live in any time zone, but you will be required to work weekdays 8am - 5pm Eastern Time. This role provides tier 1 support to clients, escalates customer support requirements as appropriate, prepares desktops, laptops, and miscellaneous hardware for customers, and keeps customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
The Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in driving successful client outcomes while supporting Resultant’s mission and vision. In this position, you serve as a strategic thought partner to delivery and sales leadership, ensuring the effective deployment of resources to align with clients’ intended goals. Drawing on deep expertise in Resultant’s verticals and markets, you drive strategic resourcing decisions using data-driven insights to maximize utilization, maintain workload balance, and enhance staffing flexibility.
